Ducati MPL Billet Frame Plug Sets
These frame coverings (plugs) are available in red, black, silver and gold for all popular Ducati models. Also available for Aprilia-Mille, starting in 2004 and Tuono in 2006. The coverings are available as package offers and individually. Unlike other frame plugs these are designed to prevent water leakage and seal tightly in frame hole. The stainless steel screw tightens the compression plate in back and expands the O-ring to create a water tight snug fit.
Please note – all of the packaged units come with variety of sizes to fit your exact model. Some models require more plugs than other, thus a price different between models. If you need to replace a plug, please measure the hole diameter with a precision caliper. Then select the plug for that size. The actual plug will be 0.5mm smaller to allow for paint and O-ring expansion.
