BMR BMW R1200RT Co-Pilot
The R1200RT Co-Pilot was designed to follow and flow with the shape and style of the new generation BMW R1200RT motorcycle. The new RT’s very interesting instrument cluster required a change in design that brought BMR’s latest Co-Pilot model away from the flat shelf design of its honored Co-Pilot family. Keeping only the “wings” on the outer edges, this shelf proudly peaks at the center to allow full view of the cockpit instruments. The center peak positions your GPS of choice at the perfect position to optimize view of its screen. The left and right accessory mounts (sold separately) are positioned ergonomically to allow you to scan and view all your electronic equipment safely while riding. BMR’s vertical Gussets are the legs that hold the Co-Pilot firmly in place providing rigidity to its performance. As a bonus in its design the Gussets allow for mounting gadgets such as an iPod, cell phone, or FRS radio with our” Gusset Accessory Arm”(sold separately).
