Action Art - Create Your Own Artwork
Matrix Motosports has been pleased to offer customers the opportunity to purchase high quality motorcycle art and collectibles at a reasonable cost.
Now we want to give you an opportunity to make an art print from your own images. You can purchase one of the canvas sizes and then send us an image. Our digital artist will make five (5) digital art proofs for you, using their years of creative experience to make unique and gallery worthy prints. You will then be able to select from the samples the proof you wish to have printed in the paid for size. We want to achieve the quality and artistic image you desire. We remain flexible to customer feedback and changes you may request.

Our commitment in this process:
1. Within 1 business day of order/payment we will send you an email with instructions and all the links to submit your artwork. (You can submit the artwork as soon as you complete the order to art@matrixmotosports.com – please include your name, address and Matrix Order number.)
2. We will respond to your initial image submission within 2 business days with five enhanced proofs.
3. We will print and ship your print within three (3) business days of the approved proof.

Is it actually paint on the canvas?
No, it is archival grade ink, rated to last at least 100 years. We create the artwork using electronic brushes, and all the work is done before it ever gets on canvas. That allows us to really get your print just right.
Can I send in an actual photo?
You can, but we prefer if you have it scanned and sent electronically, that way there is no chance your precious photo could be damaged or lost in transit. If you want to know how to send us an actual photo, email your request to us at art@matrixmotosports.com .
Can I use images from other sources?
Matrix Motosports is very respectful of creative and product copyright notices. We will respectfully decline to produce any images from copyrighted material. If the customer can not provide sufficient proof of image ownership or permissions then the customers order will be fully refunded.
Can I create artwork from images involving other subjects than motorcycling?
Yes, we are happy to look at other action activities to create artwork from…... but, please refrain from sending us images that you wouldn’t show your Mom.
What size file should I use when I send my digital photo?
It should be at least 1MB, and can go as high as 11 MB. Please send it as either a JPEG or a TIF file, and don’t zip the file or compress it.
What about scanning a photo?
By all means, do so. Scan at the highest DPI (dots per inch) setting you can (hopefully 300dpi or more), and save the file in RGB (monitor) mode using JPEG format, if your scanner gives you those options. Otherwise, just save it at the highest quality level you can and send it that way.
What is “gallery wrapping”? The canvas is stretched over a wooden frame, and “wraps” around the supports and is stapled in the back. This gives you a really great finished look, and allows you to hang the work without a frame. If you really want a frame, you can still have that done, even though it is wrapped.
How do I care for my artwork? First of all, like all quality artwork, avoid hanging the print where it will be exposed to direct sunlight for an extended period. Clean with a soft, dry cloth or featherduster. Never use water to clean your canvas, as it will permanently mark the fabric of the canvas.
What happens to my original image(s)
Matrix Motosports will not use, sell or disseminate any personal images or artwork submitted in this process. If you send an original photograph, that will be returned with the final print.
Guarantee / Refund Policy
Return your print within 30 days of our ship date to you, and we will either re-do the print, or refund your original purchase price. However, our goal is to never ship a print that isn’t great.
PLEASE NOTE: The Matrix Logo is NOT printed on these personal works of art. We will affix a non-permanent label to the BACK of the print, so you know in the future where to tell your friends to get their copies or originals.

These are shipped via DHL, because of the box size. DHL provides the best shipping rates for art.
