Do you store my credit card information?
No, for your security we do not save any sensitive banking information on our server.

Can I create an account to remember my address?
For security and privacy reasons we do not store your information on our check out system servers. If you return to purchase, just use the Auto-Fill option in your browser to quickly and easily enter your info again.

How long does it take to process my order?
Allow 3-10 business days for total delivery time within the United States when you order with USPS Priority Mail Service. As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Due to the large number of items we deal with, processing time typically ranges from 24 hours to 48 hours. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting the information to the appropriate shipping source, and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the transit time from the warehouse to your shipping address. We will keep you updated with email notifications. Express Mail service is also available in the check out process.

How can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Please note that your order is sent to the warehouse as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Once the order is processed, it may not be possible to stop the shipment.

What type of warranty do you offer?
On all Matrix Motosports, llc OEM products, we offer a one year warranty against defect and failure. On other products we represent we offer the manufacturer’s complete warranty. Please contact us before returning any items for warranty. All returns require a RMA (return merchandise authorization) and some may have to be shipped to the manufacturer for faster decisions on repair vs. replacement.

How do I return an item?
Contact us at 480-782-9300 or info@matrixmotosports.com. We will try to see what the issues are and determine the best way to handle the return, repair or exchange. If the product is coming back to us, ship to 1900 West Chandler Blvd., #15-323, Chandler, AZ 85224, USA. Please mark the outside of the box with your RMA number and we will expedite its handling.

Will you be at any of the trade shows?
We are putting together a trade show schedule for 2008. As that develops check out the Events page, which will be released with the start of the schedule.
